I hope you enjoyed your New Year’s celebrations. I know I did. I love the feeling of a clean slate and  fresh start. It is the trail- head to taking action to reach your goals . You have a year. Make a  plan and start practicing habit changes one small goal or achievement at a time.       My resolution is to  travel more this year. To find the right trail to achieving your resolutions, stick with a routine to create habit improvements  and climb closer to the top of the peak.  For my adventurous resolution to travel more this year.
